Delivery

  1. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming the details of said order.
  2. This email mentions the payment status of the order and whether you will be paid using
    Credit or Debit cards.
  3. If an order is confirmed by a buyer, it will not be possible for them to refuse the order or make
    any undue changes later on
  4. For bulk purchases, a 50% advance should be placed depending on the order if the buyer is
    ordering with us for the first time.
  5. Once products are readied for delivery eKade.lk will be sending products to the destination
    points through courier service agents.

Return

The products sold on our website, www.eKade.lk are not covered by a return and refund policy. We’ve implemented this methodology to support the financially challenged local artisans who manufacture and sell their products on our platform.
