Thank you for shopping at eKade.lk. We appreciate your support. The products sold on our website, www.eKade.lk are not covered by a return and refund policy. We’ve implemented this methodology to support the financially challenged local artisans who manufacture and sell their products on our platform. However, eKade.lk is committed to assisting you with your product-related concerns.

 

Please follow the given instructions when reporting any discrepancy with your purchase:

  • Send us an email to support@ekade.lk, accurately describing the problem you have encountered and providing evidence (eg: photo evidence, etc.) to support your issue.

  • Make sure to include the following details in the email: order number, item name/model, billing & shipping address, phone number, email address, and full name.

  • If a replacement product is not delivered to you, within 2 weeks (14 days) of the purchase, please call.

  • Since the majority of these products are unique, specific, and crafted by Sri Lankan rural entrepreneurs, the eKade.lk team will contact you if any extra time is needed for the delivery process.
